Jonathan Ticehurst - Chairman
 
Having spent seventeen years as a property, business interruption, and contingency insurance Loss Adjuster, including the formation and successful development of a specialist international Adjusting firm, Jonathan moved to Broking and for eleven years led the Sports Division at Windsor Insurance Group.

During that time, Jonathan advised and structured insurance programmes for a variety of leading sports organisations including The International Cricket Council, The British Olympic Association, The British Boxing Board of Control and The FA Premier League.

Jonathan is probably one of the most experienced sports Event insurance experts in the market, and his thirty or so years in the business, coupled with his technical background, place Long Reach International at the forefront of the specialist risk and insurance Advisors to the ever-growing international sports business.

James Davies - Managing Director
 
James has worked in sports insurance and risk management since 1993. Up to December 2000, he managed the UK Sports and Recreation team at Aon Ltd. He was the driving force behind the creation of this new department and pioneered the Aon sports risk training scheme across Europe

James has worked as Risk Manager / Broker on many international sporting events including The Ryder Cup and Cricket World Cup. He has also worked as a specialist event insurance advisor to some of the world's largest sports agencies.

Will Gandy - Consultant
 
On 1st April 2003, Long Reach International secured the services of Will Gandy, who has been working in the insurance industry since 1976. After ten years in Marine Insurance, Will moved into the Entertainment Insurance field and for a further ten years he was based at Pinewood Studios specialising in Live Event business as a compliment to the Film and TV production business handled by his colleagues there. Will then joined Denis M Clayton & Co Ltd in 1996, setting up their ‘Clayton Entertainment’ Division. Clayton Entertainment ceased trading in July 2000, when Will set up his own company, Will Gandy & Company Ltd.

Tony Lewis CBE - Marketing consultant
 
Marketing Consultant who has behind him a long career in sport, business and work with Government. A former Glamorgan and England cricket captain and a President of MCC he emerged from a long career in sporting journalism — rugby and cricket correspondent for the Sunday Telegraph and presenter of BBC TV's cricket coverage to work in commercial sport with Alan Pascoe, World Sport Group and Windsor Insurance, where his partnership with Long Reach International chairman Jonathan Ticehurst began in the early 1990s. He chaired the successful Welsh Ryder Cup bid for 2010.

Tony is currently chairman of MCC's cricket committee and on the board of Welsh National Opera.

Sheryl Harta - Account Executive
 
Sheryl has worked in the insurance industry for 12 years, for much of the time specialising in Sport and Entertainment insurance.

Working in the sports division of Windsor Insurance Brokers for 5 years Sheryl gained knowledge and understanding of insurance and the unique requirements of the sports industry.

Moving to Sedgwick to concentrate on global liability risks provided a comprehensive background which she then transferred to the theatrical environment. During that time Sheryl looked after the insurances for the largest theatrical producers and productions in the West End and Broadway.
